GCP Cloud Architect

Overview Movilges Madrid, Community of Madrid, SpainWe are recruiting a GCP Cloud Architect to strengthen our team in Madrid, with the possibility of working in a hybrid model.Responsibilities Design efficient, secure, adaptable, scalable, and reliable cloud solutions (data, networking, application).Lead the technical design and execution of migrating existing on-premises infrastructure, server workloads, data, and applications to cloud-based IaaS and PaaS architectures.Communicate design and architecture decisions.Communicate with senior leaders regarding the architecture, discuss problems and recommend solutions and improvements.Interact and work with application and business team members to provide the optimal environment for applications to deliver business functionality.Introduce and develop infrastructure automation in the environment including IAC, CI/CD pipelines, and automated configuration management.What We Are Looking For 5 years (minimum) of experience with Infrastructure or Solution Architecture. Experience designing and implementing cloud-based solution architectures for PaaS, IaaS or SaaS.Experience designing and implementing the following foundational elements in a cloud architecture:Network configuration: VPN, forwarding rules (DNS, CDN, NAT)IAM configuration: user and group administration, least privilege access design, organization, project and folder designSecurity configuration: network security, endpoint security and data securityMonitoring, Alerting, and Logging configuration including event threat detection, compliance monitoring, and data archivalBilling configuration including labelling, cost monitoring and allocationExperience designing and implementing automation solutions like IAC to build up and tear down infrastructure using Terraform, GCP Deployment ManagerExperience integrating CI/CD development pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) with Cloud Infrastructure elements (preferred)Experience implementing architectures to support containerized applications including but not limited to Kubernetes, Docker, Containers (preferred)Experience designing and implementing solutions in a multi-cloud environment (preferred)Spanish is mandatoryWhat We Have To Offer Flexibility in the work regime (hybrid)Opportunity for professional growth in a growing companyCollaborative and supportive work environmentCompetitive benefits packageHow to Apply If you identify with this profile, send us your updated CV to About Movilges Movilges IT Consulting has over 30 years of experience in the Spanish market, specializing in Logistics, Mobility, and IT.
