En nuestra sede de Donostia buscamos incorporar a una persona para el puesto de Senior International Bid & Proposal Engineer. Tu papel será clave en la definición de soluciones que marcarán el futuro del transporte ferroviario. Analizar y comprender las necesidades de los clientes , identificando la mejor solución técnica y económica para cada proyecto. Interactuar con socios, subcontratistas y clientes durante el proceso de licitación, asegurando una comunicación fluida y una propuesta sólida, competitiva y alineada con los requisitos del proyecto. Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería (Grado, Máster o equivalente). Nivel alto de inglés (C1), tanto oral como escrito. Experiencia recomendable de 5 años en funciones similares (no excluyente). Capacidad técnica y habilidades de comunicación para interactuar con equipos internos y clientes, así como interés en desarrollar competencias de relación con socios y subcontratistas en el marco de licitaciones. Experiencia previa en anteproyectos, licitaciones o preparación de propuestas técnicas/económicas. Experiencia o familiaridad en la coordinación con partners, subcontratistas y clientes en procesos de licitación. Experiencia en sectores industriales, obra civil o entornos similares. Conocimiento de francés o alemán . Queremos que te sientas parte del equipo y que tu integración sea natural y rápida.
