Your Duties As Labour Relations Partner, you will be responsible for labor relations, hiring and payroll process, attendance control, etc. In addition, you will actively participate in the strategic plan implementation and process improvement in your functional area. Requirements:Your Profile You have a university degree in Labor Relations and/or a solid legal foundation in the labor field. You bring experience in employee relations management positions in industrial settings. You are familiar with Union and RLT negotiation. You are experienced in the implementation of policies and projects related to the role. You are profficient in English, written and spoken.
