Desde Portifer Engineering, estamos en búsqueda de un/a Layout and Solutions Engineer para un fabricante de maquinaria industrial ubicado en los alrededores de Barcelona.Este rol se centrará en el diseño, configuración y optimización de líneas de maquinaria, adaptándolas a las necesidades de cada cliente.Responsabilidades:• Analizar los requisitos del cliente (tipo de producto, velocidad de producción, layout de la planta, etc.).• Definir la solución técnica: seleccionar las máquinas adecuadas, diseñar el layout de la línea y el flujo de producción.• Definir la secuencia de máquinas: alimentación, posicionamiento, envoltura y salida del producto.• Contactar con proveedores de equipos complementarios (transportadores, robots de pick & place, etiquetadoras, etc.).• Colaborar con el equipo de ingeniería mecánica, eléctrica y automatización para garantizar la viabilidad técnica del proyecto.• Dar soporte al equipo comercial en la elaboración de propuestas técnico-comerciales.• Posibilidad de presentar el proyecto a clientes nacionales e internacionales.Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:• Experiencia en maquinaria de packaging, procesos de envasado, layouts industriales, mecánica y automatización. • Conocimientos en software de diseño (AutoCAD, SolidEdge, SolidWorks, etc.). • Idiomas: Castellano e inglés. Valorable: Francés.
