Ésta es tu oportunidad Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Manager de Ciberseguridad IT/OT para liderar la estrategia de ciberseguridad de Exceltic, con base en Barcelona o Valencia , en modalidad híbrida . ¿Cuál será tu misión? Diseñar, liderar y desplegar la estrategia de ciberseguridad IT/OT a nivel compañía, construyendo la estructura de especialistas, coordinando al talento técnico interno y posicionando a Exceltic como partner de referencia en ciberseguridad para entornos industriales y corporativos. En tu día a día te encargarás de: Definir y liderar la estrategia de ciberseguridad IT/OT a nivel corporativo Crear y estructurar el equipo de especialistas en ciberseguridad dentro de la organización Liderar y coordinar al personal técnico interno y a colaboradores externos Impulsar alianzas estratégicas con clientes y partners tecnológicos Participar activamente en procesos de licitación y desarrollo de nuevas oportunidades Actuar como referente técnico y estratégico en ciberseguridad ante clientes y dirección Asegurar la correcta implantación de estándares y buenas prácticas de seguridad Vivir la experiencia Exceltic significa: Incorporarte a una posición estratégica y estable con contrato indefinido. Este rol es para ti si cuentas con: Experiencia liderando proyectos o equipos de ciberseguridad IT y/o OT Conocimiento sólido de entornos IT, OT, redes, sistemas industriales, SCADA y PLCs Visión estratégica combinada con enfoque práctico y orientado a negocio Capacidad para liderar personas técnicas y coordinar perfiles multidisciplinares Buen nivel de interlocución con perfiles técnicos, dirección y clientes Únete a Exceltic y lidera la ciberseguridad del futuro.
