Ensure timely, budget-conscious, and compliant execution of technology initiatives. Collaborate with strategic partners to maximize business value through joint delivery. Design enterprise-grade solutions with a focus on reusability, scalability, and user experience. Drive engineering excellence through automation, code quality, and DevSecOps practices. Monitor platform performance and ensure operational stability and availability. Stay ahead of industry trends to enhance agility, speed, and innovation. Essential Requirements Proven experience in a business or industry technology environment. Strong background in managing cross-country or multinational projects. Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver in Agile project environments. Skilled in building partnerships with business stakeholders and external partners. Experience in IT service delivery and performance optimization. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills. Desirable Requirements Experience with DevSecOps practices and automation tools. Familiarity with user-centered design principles and solution scalability.
