This is a strategic leadership role for someone with deep expertise in mobile game publishing, user acquisition, and monetization.The ideal candidate will drive the execution of our publishing strategy, manage key partnerships, and optimize performance to ensure long‑term success.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a scalable and data‑driven strategy for game publishing, ensuring alignment with business goals.Identify and onboard high‑potential game titles, working with developers to enhance their marketability, monetization, and performance.Stay ahead of industry trends, analyzing competitor strategies and emerging opportunities to refine our publishing approach.Oversee the financial performance of the publishing unit, ensuring profitable growth and optimal resource allocation.Collaborate with Product, Monetization, and User Acquisition teams to ensure seamless execution and performance optimization.Build and maintain strong relationships with game developers, fostering long‑term partnerships.Continuously analyze key metrics, adjusting strategies to improve retention, engagement, and monetization.Lead a team of publishing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance.RequirementsProven experience in mobile game publishing, with a strong track record of launching and scaling successful titles.5+ years in leadership roles within game publishing, mobile gaming, or a related field.Deep knowledge of user acquisition, monetization strategies, and ASO.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize publishing strategies.Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills for managing developers and external partners.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience collaborating across distributed teams.Nice to HaveDegree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.MBA or Master's degree in a relevant discipline (preferred but not required).What We OfferAppodeal offers an exciting opportunity to lead a high‑impact publishing division in a dynamic and fast‑growing company.
