Join us as we shape the future of luxury real estate Main responsibilities Collect and check all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements with owners whilst ensuring company commission policy is in place. Manage client relationships – giving regular feedback and reports to vendors on market status and properties listed with Lucas Fox Business development in the area(s) assigned, by farming potential properties to list, network activities, etc Deal with allocated clients from initial contact with potential buyers until completion and post completion of the sales deals Manage the full sales cycle and offer constructive and creative options and solutions for vendors and buyers in order to close deals Keep the CRM updated with clients’ requirements and maintain your personal database up to date and in line with the commercial requirements and activity Requirements Previous experience in commercial areas - specific knowledge of Girona's key areas. Fluent in English, Spanish and Catalán (other languages are a plus). Professional, good presence, excellent communication & negotiation skills, self-motivation and drive to achieve top results Financially and results-oriented and able to work in an international collaborator team Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude Organized, prepared to work flexible hours and a hands-on person Outstanding levels of customer service preferably used to work with demanding national and international clients Competitive salary plus attractive variable compensation 23 days holiday per year on full-time basis + 2 personal days Weekly language classes during working hours (all paid by Lucas Fox) Discounts and incentives for well-known brands of gyms, clothing stores, sports, travel, and much more.
