ELABORACIÓN DE PRESUPUESTOS Y COMPARATIVOS DE LAS OBRAS. SUPERVISIÓN DE LOS TRABAJOS REALIZADOS POR INDUSTRIALES EXTERNOS Y PERSONAL PROPIO. PRESENTACIÓN DE PROPUESTAS DE MEJORAS ANTES Y DURANTE LA EJECUCIÓN DE LAS OBRAS. ELABORACIÓN DE CERTIFICACIONES A CLIENTES Y VALORADAS A INDUSTRIALES. Requisitos mínimos: ARQUITECTO TÉCNICO, INGENIERO DE LA EDIFICACIÓN, APAREJADOR O FORMACIÓN EQUIVALENTE. CARNET DE CONDUCIR DE VEHÍCULO AUTÓMOVIL. POLIVALENCIA. CAPACIDAD DE TRABAJO EN EQUIPO Y RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS. EXPERIENCIA EN PUESTO SIMILAR MÍNIMA DE 3 AÑOS.
