This senior role offers a unique opportunity to lead and enhance the IB Diploma Programme within a dynamic international school environment. Provide strategic leadership as Deputy Head of Secondary , contributing to whole‑school development and the school’s strategic plan. Support, guide, and appraise Diploma teachers, Leaders of Learning, and Core Coordinators (TOK, CAS). Extensive experience as an IB Diploma Coordinator with a deep understanding of DP philosophy, curriculum, and assessment. A reflective, innovative approach to teaching and learning. Experience with ManageBac and digital tracking systems.
