Oasis Premium Recovery San Pedro Alcántara, Marbella Full-time | Office-based (8 hours/day, 5 days/week) Oasis Premium Recovery is a high-end wellness and recovery brand offering discreet, personalized support for clients seeking recovery from burnout, addiction, and mental health challenges. We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our in-house marketing activities from our office in San Pedro Alcántara, Marbella. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in digital marketing, content, and brand development within a premium wellness setting. You will work closely with senior marketing and management, assisting with website updates, SEO support, campaigns, events, and research. Edit and update website texts and page layouts (WordPress or similar CMS) Assist with on-page SEO optimization under guidance (titles, descriptions, headings, internal links) Support digital marketing campaigns and ad placements (Google Ads, social media) Assist in planning and preparing marketing and brand events Conduct online research on competitors, markets, and potential partners Assist with general marketing administration and coordination Interest or previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, or communications Basic understanding of websites, content editing, and SEO principles Strong written English skills (additional languages are a plus) Comfortable working full-time from an office environment Full-time, stable office-based position in Marbella Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in premium digital marketing Supportive team and guided professional development Exposure to international marketing campaigns and wellness branding Marketing Assistant ⸻ The Marketing Assistant supports the day-to-day marketing activities of Oasis Premium Recovery, contributing to the development, execution, and optimization of marketing communications across digital and offline channels. This role focuses on website content and layout updates, guided SEO support, marketing campaign execution, event assistance, and online research and outreach, working closely with senior marketing and management. The position is office-based in San Pedro Alcántara, Marbella, and requires a high level of attention to detail, organization, and brand sensitivity appropriate to a premium wellness and recovery environment. ⸻ Website Content & Layout Support • Edit and update website texts in line with brand tone, positioning, and compliance guidelines • WordPress), under guidance • Upload and format content including: • Blog articles • SEO Support (Guided) ~ Assist in on-page SEO optimization under supervision, including: • Keyword placement within content ~ Support basic SEO research tasks: • Competitor website analysis • Content gap identification ~ Help monitor SEO performance using provided tools and report findings to the marketing team ⸻ Marketing Campaign & Advertising Assistance ~ Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns across: • Digital platforms • Email marketing • Paid advertising (Google Ads, social media ads) Assist with ad placement, scheduling, and basic performance tracking Landing page content ⸻ Events & Brand Activities Support ~ Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing and brand events, including: • Networking and partnership events • Promotional and brand-building activities ~ Online Research & Outreach ~ Conduct online research related to: • Support the marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks • Maintain organized digital files and content libraries • Ensure marketing activities align with brand, ethical, and legal guidelines relevant to the recovery and wellness sector ⸻ Location: Office-based role in San Pedro Alcántara, Marbella 5 days per week (Monday–Friday) • Previous experience or strong interest in marketing, digital marketing, or communications • Website content management systems (e.g. WordPress) • SEO principles • Digital marketing channels • Strong written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) • Personal Qualities • Ability to work effectively in a structured office environment • Office-based marketing role within a premium wellness and recovery organization • Exposure to high-level brand positioning and international marketing activities
