Currently we need to reinforce our Biotech team by incorporating an R&D Scientist .Lead and support fermentation processes, including enzyme production and microbial synthesis of target compounds.Participate in scaling up bioenzymatic procedures from lab to production plant.Contribute to the identification of new R&D opportunities and the writing of R&D&I project proposals.Collaborate cross-functionally with production and quality departments to ensure successful process implementation.Degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Chemical EngineeringFermentation techniques, both for enzyme and compound productionScale-up of enzymatic procedures to pilot or industrial scalePrevious experience in project proposal writing is a plusAutonomous and well-organized, strong scientific rigor with a results-oriented mindset, proactive, with excellent communication skills and team spiritFlexible working hoursFree language classes depending on the needs and another training courses.Health Insurance.A dynamic and innovative working environment within a leading company in the chemical sectorOpportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to sustainable developmentProfessional growth and participation in strategic R&D projects
