You will work closely with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to design, implement, and optimize lifecycle marketing programs that resonate with our customers at every stage of their journey.Drive CRM and Lifecycle StrategiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy that drives customer conversion, retention, and revenue growth.Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, push notifications, and messaging, to effectively nurture, convert, upsell, and retain customers.Coach and nurture local territory general management and marketing teams in the adoption of CRM marketing to drive commercial results (LTV / CAC).The strategies and methods you prove out will also be shared with our franchise network to instill new practices in these territories.Leverage Data to Personalize ExperiencesUtilize customer data and insights to create personalized marketing experiences that resonate with target segments and enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and referrals.Optimize CRM Platforms and Automate WorkflowsEnsure data quality, integrity, and accuracy within the CRM, aligning with data retention and compliance policies in different territories.Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations (e.g. Work with the CRM platform team to optimize the CRM platform, ensuring seamless integration with other marketing and data systems.Build and manage automated workflows to streamline marketing, sales, and onboarding processes.Develop and optimize workflow automation rules to streamline sequencing processes and improve performance.Analyze, Test, and Improve CampaignsMonitor and analyze the performance of lifecycle marketing programs, using data-driven insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and customer outcomes.Lead A / B testing and experimentation to identify best practices and innovative approaches to customer engagement and retention.Partner with creative and content teams to develop compelling messaging and content that aligns with brand values and resonates with different customer segments.Report on key performance metrics to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth.5+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing, with a proven track record of driving customer engagement and retention.Demonstrated success in customer lifecycle management.Hands-on experience with modern CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and marketing automation tools.Proficient in data analysis, translating complex datasets into actionable insights; experience with Power BI is a plus.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership across international and local markets.Experience working in an international business with exposure to effective CRM practices, ideally in Asian markets.Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices in email marketing and customer communications.Familiarity with UX / UI principles to optimize email templates and campaigns for maximum impact.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.MBA or other advanced degree.Hybrid Work Schedule2 days in the office, 3 days working from home.
