¿Qué Harás?
  • Enlace Clave: Serás el puente entre los equipos de negocio, ventas y técnicos, impulsando mejoras y adoptando mejores prácticas en ventas, pronósticos e informes para servicios digitales.
  • Calidad de Datos: Definirás y asegurarás estándares de calidad de datos, trabajando estrechamente con el equipo de ventas para mejorar los procesos.
  • Análisis y Reportes: Recopilarás y analizarás datos clave, produciendo informes y estableciendo paneles de control para la gestión.
  • Gestión de Pedidos: Apoyarás la gestión de pedidos pendientes y la planificación de la demanda a nivel regional y global.
  • Mejora de Procesos: Revisarás y mejorarás los procesos de negocio actuales, identificando oportunidades de mejora continua.
¿Qué Buscamos?
  • Formación: Titulación universitaria en Gestión, Manufacturing Engineering, Gestión de Operaciones, Administración de Empresas o un campo relacionado, o experiencia laboral equivalente.
  • Experiencia: 3-5 años de experiencia en CRM, operaciones o un campo relacionado.
  • Habilidades: Gestión de proyectos, análisis de datos y mejora de procesos.
  • Certificaciones: PMP y Lean Six Sigma son un plus.
  • Competencias: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y orientación a resultados.
  • Inglés: Advance.
