In this role, youll collaborate with businesses and agencies to optimize their digital advertising strategies and drive impactful results.Purpose of the Role:As a Digital Marketing Specialist , your primary responsibility will be to work with Dutch companies and marketing agencies, identifying tailored advertising solutions and providing strategic insights. You\'ll play a key role in improving client performance and achieving growth targets through the utilization of industry-leading digital advertising tools.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients and agencies to provide strategic, data-driven advertising solutions that maximize their marketing ROI.Proactively communicate with clients through phone, video conferences, and email to address their needs and provide consultative advice.Deliver against individual and team sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.Promote and demonstrate the benefits of innovative digital advertising products to enhance client strategies and optimize their campaigns.Requirements:Proficiency in Dutch (C2 level).Fluency in English (spoken and written).Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.1+ year of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in PPC campaign management .Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, with familiarity in digital advertising products.Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Passion for marketing and technology, with a commitment to continuous learning and development.Full-time role (39 hours/week, Monday to Friday).Permanent contract.Competitive salary starting at 24,310 EUR gross/year , with potential bonuses up to 4,290 EUR gross/year .Comprehensive relocation support for candidates moving to Barcelona.Four weeks of extensive training on digital marketing tools and sales strategies.Continuous professional development through specialized coaching and training.Well-defined career advancement pathways.Dynamic workplace environment with a multicultural team based at the World Trade Center , Barcelona.Referral program with bonuses of up to 2,000 EUR .Regular contests, social activities, and a balanced work-life culture.Professional certifications and continuous training on the latest digital tools.Application Process:This is an immediate start role for an enthusiastic and motivated candidate.
