Vice President of Marketing

Position Overview: We’re seeking motivated, mission-driven professionals to join our team and contribute to shaping the future of AI Agents. This role requires individuals who are proactive, thrive in dynamic and collaborative environments, and can adapt swiftly to evolving priorities and challenges. As the CMO, you will collaborate with senior leadership to craft and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, driving the growth and transformation of the IQ AI brand. This position focuses on expanding our presence in the AI and Web2/Web3 spaces while solidifying our position within the crypto-native ecosystem. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Development, Engineering, and Design, to deliver impactful content, manage the marketing calendar, and lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, updates, partnerships, and more. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to generate visibility and growth opportunities for the IQ AI ecosystem and bring significant experience leading marketing or growth initiatives in AI, blockchain (L1/L2), or DeFi projects. Tasks Own and scale ATP marketing. Position IQ AI as the category leader for tokenized agents, robotics integrations, and the Brain framework across DeFi and beyond. Drive social dominance. You must have a large and active X (Twitter) following — this is a core requirement. You’ll expand both your own and IQ AI’s audience to capture global mindshare. Lead KOL and influencer strategy. Build and manage a global KOL pipeline across Korea, Vietnam, China, the U.S., and Europe — from crypto degens to institutional thought leaders. Run ecosystem and integration campaigns. Oversee everything from ATP agent launches to robotics demos, integrations, and co-marketing campaigns with wallets, protocols, and DeFi platforms. Expand and energize community. Scale Telegram, X, and Discord by 3–5x with creative, differentiated strategies that stand out in a sea of Web3 noise. Command the media narrative. Craft PR, storytelling, and social campaigns that elevate IQ AI’s brand in top-tier crypto, AI, and tech outlets. Measure, iterate, win. Define KPIs for user growth, token traction, ecosystem adoption, and mindshare — and relentlessly optimize against them. Collaborate across teams. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with BD, Product, Engineering, and Design to execute seamless, high-impact launches. Requirements Large personal X (Twitter) presence. You have a large, active following and know how to command attention online. 3–5+ years leading marketing in blockchain, AI, or DeFi. You’ve scaled marketing at protocols, L1s, exchanges, or high-profile Web3 projects. Deep KOL and influencer network. You know how to source, negotiate, and manage KOLs — across regions and cultures — and have proven success driving token and user growth through them. Proven experience with ecosystem campaigns. You’ve launched product integrations, agent/AI demos, robotics showcases, or major ecosystem partnerships. Strong PR + narrative chops. You know what gets Tier 1 media coverage and how to turn product releases into stories the market cares about. Hands-on with growth playbooks. You’ve run social, content, meme, video, and incentive campaigns — and know what actually moves metrics. Community builder. You’ve scaled Telegram, Discord, and X communities with creative, authentic approaches (not just shill threads). Analytical + results-driven. You define KPIs, track progress, and know how to pivot when a campaign isn’t landing. Startup speed. You’re scrappy, adaptable, and thrive in fast-moving, high-volatility environments.
