Overview Ball Corporation – HR Administrator Company: Ball Corporation Location: Barcelona, ES, 8450 Date: 28 Oct 2025 Job Category: Human Resources Position overview You ensure a complete HR service is delivered to the business in order to create an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes business excellence and ongoing development. This position is on site and the location of the plant is Llinars del Vallès - Av. del Mogent, 244 – 08450 Llinars del Vallès (Barcelona). Key responsibilities Acting as a Business Partner and an expert resource on local laws and regulations/issues that influence the business. Ensuring the utilization and improvement of HR Core processes. Supporting HR Manager in managing performance, development, career processes. Organizing trainings, taking necessary recording and evaluation. User and administrator of SAP HR, HR Portal. Taking care of new comer onboarding activities. Preparing of monthly HR reports including overtime, absenteeism, recruitment and HR updates. Supporting HR Manager in ensuring good communications, employee feedback, creating a sustainable talent pipeline and recruiting the best fit candidates for current vacancies. Supporting HR Manager in formulating and managing the business growth. Preparing payroll input files, working with outsourced payroll company, taking necessary approvals, making salaries paid on time and correct. What we’re looking for University Degree or relevant experience in the HR field 1 to 3 years of operations HR experience Good knowledge of performance management, employee satisfaction Understanding of payroll management process and local labor law Understanding of HRIS Fluent English and Spanish Equal Opportunity Ball Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
