As the general person in charge of overseas information needs, coordinate the collection, communication and management of local information needs and provide corresponding solutions. 2. Benchmark local business digitalization plans and plan local companies’ annual digitalization plans 3. Responsible for formulating the annual local company information budget 4. Responsible for promoting internal and external resources to deliver information systems to subsidiaries 5. Coordinate the IT internal resource pool, promote the delivery of projects with quality and quantity, promote the overall application of the business, and continuously improve and optimize 6.
