Swedish-Speaking Sales Representative

Workster is partnering with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Swedish speaking Sales Representative to join their offices in Valencia. Your Role Engage with private and business customers by phone and email Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products and services Confidently guide customers toward the best solutions and close deals with enthusiasm Follow up on warm leads—no cold calling required Quickly assess client needs and offer tailored recommendations Accurately log customer interactions and share feedback to support continuous improvement Build long-term relationships by turning prospects into loyal customers. Your Qualifications Native/fluent in Swedish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level) Strong communication skills and a naturally engaging personality Commercial mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets Previous sales experience is an advantage, but not essential—we provide full training Ability to adapt quickly to new systems, tools, and processes Passion for sales and an interest in the printing or design industry is a bonus Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
