Overview Luxe Talent, an International recruitment company specialized in luxury and retail sector, is looking for a GERMAN SPEAKING Recruitment Consultant Fashion & Luxury to join the team, working remotely . We work with some of the most reknown and prestigious Luxury and High Premium Fashion brands across Europe, and in this case we are looking for a german speaking recruitment to focus on the SWISS MARKET . Responsibilities Handle all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, source analysis, CV screening, candidate’s interviews, check references Follow up and coordinate with Internal Clients Build network to develop a pool of qualified passive candidates in advance of need Execute pre-screening, phone/face-to-face and Skype interviews Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc Post positions to appropriate sources, research and recommend new sources for candidate recruiting Administer recruiting database and record keeping Produce and analyse recruiting reports and market mapping Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships Be an ambassador of Luxe Talent Qualifications Native or equivalent GERMAN SPEAKER Proven work experience as a Recruiter (minimum 1 year) Proven experience with active sourcing in the DACH Market, specifically in SWITZERLAND Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy Must be flexible and able to cope with changes and a fast-paced environment Strong organisational and time management skills Autonomous, independent, responsible Fluent in English mandatory, Spanish will be considered a strong plus Passion for Luxury and fashion is a must have What we offer Flexible and fun work environment Fully remote work setting (within EU) Fix salary (based on seniority) plus interesting monthly commissions Mutlicultural and international environment Integrity and ethical behaviour Team spirit Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Full-time Job function Human Resources Industries Human Resources Services IsExpired: false #J-18808-Ljbffr
