Desde Boomerang estamos colaborando con una compañía multinacional líder en el sector de los servicios de análisis y soluciones científicas en la incorporación de un/a Senior Tax Specialist para sus oficinas de Barcelona o Madrid.La persona seleccionada será la mano derecha de la Tax Manager en España, dando soporte directo en la gestión integral de la fiscalidad del grupo en el país. Su rol será clave tanto en el cumplimiento normativo como en la planificación y optimización fiscal, participando activamente en proyectos estratégicos y en la coordinación con el equipo internacional.Funciones principales:- Apoyar a la Tax Manager en la gestión fiscal de la compañía en España.- Supervisar y coordinar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales (impuestos directos e indirectos).- Elaborar y revisar las declaraciones fiscales periódicas.- Dar soporte en inspecciones tributarias y relaciones con la Administración.- Colaborar con asesores externos y equipos internos en temas fiscales complejos.- Participar en proyectos de planificación y optimización fiscal a nivel local y corporativo.- Analizar cambios legislativos y evaluar su impacto en la compañía.- Contribuir al reporting fiscal a nivel internacional.Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:Requisitos: - Formación superior en Derecho, ADE, Económicas o similar, con especialización en fiscalidad. - 5–7 años de experiencia en asesoría fiscal y/o en el departamento fiscal de multinacional. - Es imprescindible un conocimiento sólido en normativa tributaria española, tanto en impuestos directos como indirectos. - Se valorará experiencia en entornos internacionales o Big4. - Es necesario contar con un nivel fluido de inglés, tanto oral como escrito. - La persona ideal: proactiva y con capacidad de trabajar de forma estrecha con la Tax Manager.
