We innovate continuously and challenge industry norms to make travel more accessible for individuals, more rewarding for professionals, and simpler for everyone.As an Area Manager API Key Accounts , you will play a key role in expanding and consolidating our presence in the assigned territory, leading the team to achieve revenue targets.This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Spain. Job Responsibilities: Expand and strengthen our presence in the Iberia region; Lead the team to meet revenue goals; Monitor and analyze team KPIs; Acquire key partners such as tour operators, TMCs, and wholesalers, primarily through API channels; Support the team in managing key accounts; Search for and recruit new business partners, while maintaining and negotiating with existing ones; Develop team members through hiring, training, and coaching; Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies; Conduct market research, reporting, analysis, and forecasting using Tableau and internal tools.
