3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter
~ Experience hiring software engineering roles (both IC and manager levels)
~ Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and hiring managers
~ Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new domains, supporting cross-functional recruitment efforts
~ Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools
~ Fluency in English
Experience in a recruitment agency, hyper-growth start-up, and / or fintech
