QA Automation Engineer – Databricks Specialist

This role is a hybrid between QA, data analytics, and database optimization. If you're passionate about data, automation, and working with cutting-edge tools in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain automated tests using Python and SeleniumPerform data analysis and ensure the integrity of data pipelines and modelsWork extensively with Databricks , contributing to data model validation and optimizationCollaborate with consultants and development teams to help design and validate data modelsContribute to the automation of database testing , with a focus on analytics rather than traditional DBA tasksWork closely with stakeholders to support testing around Appian workflows , with awareness that Appian knowledge is a plus but not mandatorySupport QA initiatives focused on performance, scalability, and reliability of data-driven applicationsQualifications Required Skills:5–6 years of relevant experience in QA, with a strong focus on DatabricksProficiency in Python and Selenium for test automationSolid understanding of data analytics and query optimizationExperience working in QA or engineering teams focused on data models and database toolsComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high delivery demandsNice to Have:Background in database consulting or data architectureWhat You Are Not:This is not a traditional DBA role.
