Descripción del empleo

Desde Devoteam Spain buscamos un Sales Specialist Cybersecurity con al menos 5 años de experiencia en ventas de servicios IT y 1 año de experiencia en venta de servicios de Ciberseguridad para gestionar la cartera de clientes de la zona de Andalucía y generar nuevo negocio.

Las funciones principales que va a desarrollar son:

  1. Prospección y generación de leads: Identificar y contactar a potenciales clientes, ya sean pymes o grandes cuentas.
  2. Mantenimiento de cuentas actuales.
  3. Desarrollo de propuestas comerciales: Elaborar propuestas personalizadas que aborden las necesidades identificadas, destacando los beneficios de las soluciones de ciberseguridad ofrecidas.
  4. Presentación de productos y servicios: Explicar de manera clara y concisa las características y ventajas de los productos y servicios de ciberseguridad, utilizando un lenguaje adaptado al nivel técnico del cliente.
  5. Negociación: Conseguir acuerdos comerciales que satisfagan tanto las necesidades del cliente como los objetivos de la empresa.
  6. Gestión de relaciones con los clientes: Mantener una comunicación constante con los clientes para garantizar su satisfacción y fidelidad.
  7. Seguimiento post-venta: Brindar soporte técnico y comercial a los clientes después de la venta, asegurando una implementación exitosa de las soluciones.
  8. Capacitación: Mantenerse actualizado sobre las últimas tendencias en ciberseguridad y capacitar a los clientes sobre las mejores prácticas para proteger sus sistemas.
Requisitos

Nivel C1 de Inglés

Formación Técnica: Grado, Máster o FP en Informática.
