About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Business Developer to join our team in Barcelona. As a Digital Business Developer, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with businesses, identifying and qualifying their needs, and proposing adequate solutions.

About You

  • You should have native proficiency in German and fluent English.
  • You should have a high school degree.
  • You should have previous sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • You should have experience with CRM.
  • You should have strong written and oral business communication skills.
  • You should be comfortable in a goal-driven environment and able to attain goals as part of a larger team.
  • You should be a goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, tenacious, and proactive.
  • You should be able to work independently but within a team environment.
  • You should be customer-driven and focused on providing an exemplary customer experience.

What We Offer

  • A full-time position from Monday to Friday, 39 hours/week.
  • This is a Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
  • Salary conditions from €23,876 gross/year up to €25,330 gross/year.
  • A sales bonus package from €3,407 up to €4,470 gross/year.
