This is a key role supporting both employees and HR Business Partners with general HR queries, ensuring compliance with Spanish labor legislation and delivering excellent service.What you’ll do Resolve HR-related queries escalated from Tier 1, both from employees and HRBPsAct as a local expert in Spanish HR policies, legislation, and processesSupport HR projects, audits, and reporting needsCollaborate with international teams, reporting both to Lithuania and SpainUse tools like Workday and ServiceNow (experience is a plus)What we offer Working hours : Flexible entry between 07:30 and 09:30, exit between 16:45 and 13:30 on FridaysSalary : Depending on experienceLocation : Viladecans, Spain (no travel required)Contract : Temporary with strong potential to become permanentWhat we’re looking for Strong general knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR operationsExperience in HR or administrative roles in international or pharmaceutical environmentsExcellent customer service mindsetSpanish and C1 level English mandatoryExperience with Workday, ServiceNow, and MS Office (valued but not required)If you’re ready to make an impact in a dynamic, international HR environment apply now and grow with us En Adecco cree en la igualdad de oportunidades y apostamos por el Talento Sin Etiquetas#J-18808-Ljbffr
