Our client a prestigious market leaderoperating in the luxury real estate sector in Ibiza is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead their sales team to the next level. The Sales Director will join a dynamic and expanding team and be at the front of Ibiza’s real‑estate scene. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of managing a sales team, preferably in the real estate sector and will speak English and Spanish fluently.Requirements5+ years of experience in the real estate sector3+ years of experience managing a sales team – beneficialStrong leadership and team management skillsProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsKnowledge of luxury real estate market essentialFluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken; other languages are a bonusAbility to adapt to a fast‑paced and dynamic work environmentMust live in Ibiza or be prepared to relocateMust have a Spanish driving licence and carResponsibilitiesDeal with buyers and vendors – acquisition and sale of propertiesManage the company’s sales team and provide leadership, training and coachingExpand and maintain the client networkDevelop the sales strategy to achieve sales goals and revenueSet individual targets with the sales teamOversee and improve the existing sales processesAnalyse and interpret sales figures and propose ways to improve themProvide support and guidance to the sales team members to ensure they have all the resources and tools they need to do the jobPrepare market analysis and property presentationsPackageExcellent work environment and opportunity to work with a well‑established companyAccess to a wide range of luxury properties and projectsExcellent earning potentialIf you meet the requirements and would like to apply, please send a copy of your CV in English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
