Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions. Design, review, and validate technical architectures and solution designs to maintain system integrity and performance. Ensure all technical developments comply with established architectural guidelines, security standards, and best practices. Manage and prioritize the technical backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner. Promote and facilitate Agile rituals (Scrum/Kanban) within the team to enhance collaboration and delivery effectiveness. Mentor and support technical team members, providing guidance on development practices and problem resolution. Conduct code reviews, manage incident response, and participate in hands-on technical tasks such as development and testing when necessary.
