With over €20M already invested and plans to deploy €100M+, weVLC is scaling fast. 26.000€/35.000€ + bonus based on performance Job Mode In-office Department Marketing Min Experience Mid-weight Responsibilities Define the marketing budget distribution strategy Design and execute marketing strategies across digital and offline channels to attract tenants, investors, and partners Lead campaigns via paid search, social media, email, and events Create high-impact content tailored to real estate audiences and urban professionals Manage and evolve the weVLC brand, ensuring consistency across all touch-points Analyse and optimise campaign performance to maximise ROI and lead quality Collaborate closely with sales, real estate, and operations teams Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills. A digital marketing expert with experience using tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, and social media platforms. Creative and strategic, with a knack for crafting compelling content. Data-driven, analytical, and focused on optimising campaigns for maximum ROI. Highly organised and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
