Our goal is to help and accompany companies in their growth.Job SummaryWe are looking for a Performance / Growth Manager with experience defining and executing digital growth strategies in a dynamic, collaborative environment. The candidate will have an analytical mindset, outcome orientation and the ability to combine strategic vision with execution.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute growth strategies for clients across sectors.Identify growth opportunities across the funnel (acquisition, activation, conversion, retention).Design, run and analyze growth experiments.Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, paid media, content, etc.).Analyze data and results to extract actionable insights and propose continuous improvements.Define KPIs and produce performance reports.Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, design, content, development, accounts).Provide strategic support to clients and participate in workshops and presentations.Stay updated on growth, digital marketing, analytics trends and new tools.RequirementsDegree or postgraduate studies in Digital Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields.3‑7 years of experience in Growth, Performance or Digital Marketing roles, preferably in agency.Hands‑on knowledge of analytics and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, CRM, advertising platforms, etc.).Ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic decisions.Fluent in Catalan and Spanish.
