We’re looking for a Scientific Editor to join our team and play a key role in shaping and refining our scientific courses.As a member of Xpeer’s content production team, the Scientific Editor will play an active role in the development of medical education content. The position requires a combination of scientific expertise, editorial skills, and content production capability ensuring that all materials meet high‑quality educational and scientific standards.The role also demands strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines agreed with the Project Manager and proactively communicating any risks that could impact timely delivery.Ready to be part of the challenge? Apply now or share with someone who might be interestedKey Responsibilities Participation in all stages of content production (pre‑production, production, post‑production) from scripting to edition (text and video).Writing and editing of textual elements of content pieces: synopsis, author biography, bibliographies, titles, and exams.Supervise and coordinate recording sessions to ensure high‑quality deliverables.Oversee the translation process for multilingual content and proofread final versions of content deliverables.Project and stakeholder management: manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met and documentation is well‑organized; liaise with authors, partners, video editors, and other stakeholders throughout the production process; supervise and coordinate external providers and collaborators.Development of medical education content: assess scientific and educational quality and rigour of content submitted for publication; design educational programs in a variety of medical areas; analyze user engagement data (exam results, impact surveys) to evaluate course effectiveness.Other tasks: report to the Content Manager and other Xpeer managers; perform additional tasks as required to support the content production team.Qualifications Proficiency in English, with excellent scientific communication skills.Fluency in Spanish (strongly preferred); additional languages (French, Italian) are a plus.Scientific background (preferably in biomedicine, medical sciences, or related fields).Familiarity with the healthcare sector and medical education.Experience in medical/scientific writing (manuscript writing or educational content development).Strong editorial, pedagogical, and scientific assessment skills.Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently while coordinating efficiently with other team members.Adherence to content production workflows to ensure quality and consistency.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Tech‑savvy, with familiarity in content production for streaming and social media platforms (desired).Knowledge of adult‑learning principles and instructional design best practices (desired).Experience with data visualization (creating plots, infographics, concept maps, etc.) (desired).Flexible schedule and hybrid setups.Professional development opportunities and pathways for career advancement.A supportive, collaborative team environment at a company focused on growth and innovation.Seniority Level Mid‑Senior levelEmployment Type Full‑timeJob Function Writing/Editing, Hospitals and Health Care#J-18808-Ljbffr
