Responsibilities:
Partner with stakeholders on various HR matters covering, but not limited to, hiring, onboarding, training, engagement, performance management, employee relations, attrition and organizational development
Lead recruitment efforts to ensure continued growth and success of the business
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
With at least 2 yrs exp in HR Business Partnering, preferably with talent acquisition and industrial relations
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Great team player and works with a high degree of integrity.
