Overview Senior Cloud Observability EngineerBarcelona (Hybrid – 2 days / week)Contract : Permanent, Full-timeWe are seeking a Cloud Observability Engineer to join our International Technology Hub in Barcelona. We power the digital backbone of a global enterprise, managing a high-concurrency environment that serves millions of users across multiple continents.Our mission is to build a world-class, self-service observability platform. we engineer the platform that enables hundreds of internal engineering teams to deploy with confidence and clarity.Responsibilities Design and scale a multi-tenant Observability Platform based on the Grafana LGTM stackLoki, Grafana, Tempo, MimirDevelop custom Kubernetes Operators in Go to automate the lifecycle and management of our observability infrastructureBuild and maintain internal REST APIs that allow developers to programmatically manage monitoring, alerting, and telemetry configurationsLead the integration of OpenTelemetry and other cloud-native standards to streamline metrics, logs, and traces collectionOperate in a "You Build It – You Run It" environment, performing deep-dive root cause analysis and optimizing system performance for high-cardinality dataQualifications Proficiency in KubernetesStrong experience with the Grafana / Prometheus ecosystemExperience with the full software development lifecycle and comfortable building controllers or operators for K8sDeep understanding of open-source observability stack (Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Mimir)Hands‑on knowledge of OpenTelemetry and cloud‑native telemetry standardsBenefits A pure cloud-native environment with a focus on open-source innovation.A flexible hybrid model in the heart of Barcelona’s tech scene.#J-18808-Ljbffr
