Warm Greece is calling Experience abroad We are currently seeking Spanish-speaking candidates interested in joining a customer support project based in Athens, Greece. This opportunity includes the possibility to work remotely from Athens after relocation support is provided.Position OverviewAs a Customer Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing technical support. You will assist consumers by phone, ensuring all inquiries are accurately recorded and resolved in line with company standards.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries via phone, following established processesAccurately log customer queries and feedback in the systemHandle customer complaints according to escalation policiesEnsure all support requests are addressed within agreed service levelsTroubleshoot technical issues using available resourcesProvide solutions to common technical questionsCandidate ProfileHigh school diploma or equivalentNative or fluent Greece language skillsGood command of English (minimum C1 level)Ability to type at least 20 words per minuteStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsGood active listening and communication abilitiesOffer and BenefitsPaid travel expenses for relocation to GreeceTwo weeks of hotel accommodation provided upon arrivalAssistance with securing long‑term housing through a real‑estate agency (no additional fees)Renewable 12‑month employment contractHealth coverage and private healthcare planCompetitive salary with performance‑related bonusesFull‑time schedule: 40 hours per week (8‑hour shifts, 5 days per week)Free Greek language lessonsVisa sponsorship is not provided for this position; therefore, EU citizenship or legal right to work in Greece is mandatory.If you are looking for an opportunity to work abroad, develop your technical support skills, and receive relocation support, we encourage you to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
