I’m glad you asked.As a Wording Operations Specialist, you will have the opportunity to :Multinational Wording Library Management &New Wording rollouts :Establish and maintain the global wording / endorsement library multinational productsAssist in the development and maintenance of templates / clauses from which the policy document can be draftedSupport Technical Underwriting with opening new product capabilities or onboarding a new network partnerPlan and facilitate new wording roll outs, as well as upgrades of existing products in collaboration with the project team and technical underwritingManage & communicate process changes to the stakeholders in the network and collect feedback about product and process improvementsOrganize & provide support with training as neededDigitalization & PerformanceWork closely with wording digitalization project teamReflect any product / process changes in the required internal tools (Inspire, MIA, etc.)Participate and assist with UATAnalyze current country and network partner capabilities including portfolio landscapeRun and analyze various reports as neededWhat Makes You a Great Fit?While we’re not seeking perfection or expecting you to save the world, we believe that if you meet some of these requirements, you’ll be a fantastic fit for our team.
