We are working for a multinational company leader within the Real Estate Assets sector looking for the Corporate Controller who will manage and supervise the operational activities of consolidation and budgeting of the Group companies. The role involves ensuring the updating of information in systems and applications, controlling the information received from various departments and companies, and preparing files for analysis of the consolidated data and budgets, according to directives from superiors and in compliance with corporate regulations. This is to ensure the timely availability of accurate, reliable information and solid data for decision-making. Responsibilities The key responsibilities are: Coordinate and supervise consolidation and budgeting activities at an international level, focusing on data reception from various directorates and companies, resolving incidents such as delays or discrepancies, to ensure the soundness and veracity of information used for budgets and management control, maintaining homogeneity. Analyze budget deviations and propose improvements. Supervise data entry activities in applications to ensure information and system updates, providing effective support. Oversee cash flow reconciliation, inter-group balance adjustments, monthly consolidation, and analysis of financial variations, to ensure the provision of truthful and reliable consolidated information in a timely manner. Complete or supervise surveys and documentation requested by public bodies and investors to provide necessary information and avoid penalties. Ensure proper archiving of controlling area information for future reference or review. Prepare reports, presentations, statistics, dashboards, and other documents for management to facilitate informed decision-making. Advise companies and projects on economic matters, especially budgeting, to enhance their autonomy and improve work quality. Collaborate with external audit teams. Candidate Profile Minimum 8-10 years in a similar role as a Corporate Business Controller in international companies, preferably managing real estate assets across more than three European countries. Experience in retail or industrial real estate assets is a plus. Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written. Educational Background Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields. A master's or postgraduate degree in Finance is desirable. Professional Skills Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs and financial data, producing accurate reports. Excellent communication skills for interaction across departments and hierarchy levels. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement of financial processes. Results-oriented with good planning and budgeting skills. IT Skills Management of ERP systems (SAP). Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Language Skills Fluent in English and Spanish, both oral and written. Other Skills Proactive, honest, with excellent communication skills, autonomous decision-making ability, and organizational skills. Customer service orientation towards internal teams and investors. Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude to anticipate issues. Experience in project management, business vision, and emotional intelligence for effective relationships.#J-18808-Ljbffr
