This is a key role contributing to the evolution of our digital presence, driving performance and ensuring our online channels reflect the quality of our brand proposition. Primarily a remote role, there’s also the option of hybrid working from our Madrid office. Periodic meetings in Spain and visits to our properties across the mainland and Balearic Islands will help you gain first‑hand insight into our innovative, regenerative brand, its extraordinary properties and our talented team. Where are you? Candidates should be based in Europe, preferably in Spain or the UK. What you’ll need to succeed in the role 3+ years of digital marketing experience Fluency in English and Spanish Strong hands‑on expertise in paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) Confidence with analytics and reporting, using GA4 and other tools Proficiency in CRM platforms and performance‑led email marketing Practical experience managing websites, ideally WordPress or similar CMS A positive, collaborative, proactive attitude Nice to haves Experience within leisure, lifestyle, design, or luxury travel brands Google or Meta certifications Keen interest in UX trends and how effective content supports sales Strong writing skills for digital platforms Experience at managing multiple campaigns and budgets Requisitos Why is this a great role?
