The Paid Media Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various digital channels to enhance e-commerce performance. Primary responsibilities include media planning, creating and managing ads, conducting market research, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data, and generating actionable insights to increase ROI. Qualifications Expertise in Media Planning, with a strong understanding of paid media strategies and campaign optimization Background in Marketing and New Media to effectively target and reach e-commerce audiences Strong Communication skills for collaboration and presenting campaign results Experience in Research to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data to inform strategy Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
