Responsibilities Hands‑on implementation of machine learning use cases and AI agents to automate business workflows, including propensity modelling, forecasting for demand prediction, and assortment optimisation. Deploy, maintain, and monitor AI solutions – design scenarios, schedule batch models or APIs for on‑demand serving. Present results to technical and business stakeholders, translating complex model outcomes into clear, non‑technical narratives. Gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development. Define, document, and wire‑frame business requirements; oversee development, internal testing, and KPI validation. Manage relationships with partners and optimise integrations. Report technical issues and recommendations to the product team and communicate key insights and findings. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in a Data Scientist role. Strong data engineering and software development skills. Expertise in Python and one of the associated frameworks (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, h2o, etc.) for ML and DL. Deep understanding of statistics, machine learning, and agent‑based AI. Experience with ML‑Ops: model deployment, performance monitoring, data drift detection, REST API integration, simulations, etc. At least 3 production‑grade machine learning projects implemented. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to explain complex effects in simple business terms. Knowledge of optimisation techniques (OR, MIP, …) is a plus.
