As a Quality Control Engineer, you will Ensure the reliability, robustness, and performance of our AI-driven solutions, applications, and products we deliver to clients. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, customers and product teams to define acceptance criteria. Evaluate system quality under varied operational conditions, ensuring scalability, latency, and data integrity meet project and client expectations. Create and standardize quality control and reporting across projects. Develop and maintain comprehensive test suites tailored to AI systems and ML workflows. Design and implement automated and manual testing frameworks for LLM-based applications, including chatbots, RAG systems, APIs, and data pipelines. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, enforcing best practices in testing, documentation, and validation of ML and LLM pipelines. Act as a point of contact for quality validation, ensuring that final deliverables meet both technical and functional excellence standards. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. ~2+ years of experience in software or ML project quality assurance, focusing on functional, performance, and automation testing. ~ Demonstrated understanding of testing methodologies for AI/ML systems (e.g., Familiarity with modern ML and LLM workflows (Python, APIs, cloud ML platforms). ~ Proficiency in English; Spanish or French is a plus.
