In this role, you will oversee the management consolidation and reporting processes for our multi-entity European corporate group, ensuring data integrity and strategic alignment.Lead the CycleDrive the end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual management consolidation and reporting process.Shareholder ReportingManage the preparation, validation, and submission of shareholder reporting, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all entities.ComplianceEnsure full alignment with financial consolidation principles and compliance with applicable IFRS/GAAP and Group standards.Systems, Transformation & ProjectsSystem OptimizationMaintain and enhance consolidation processes in SAP and SAP BPC , ensuring data integrity and system optimization.Continuous ImprovementDrive improvements in consolidation workflows, controls, and reporting templates.Strategic ProjectsParticipate in special projects such as M&A integration, system upgrades, and changes in reporting standards.European CoordinationCoordinate with finance teams across European subsidiaries to ensure alignment on accounting treatments, closing timelines, and reporting requirements.Audit SupportSupport external and internal audits by providing required documentation and explanations.Cross-Functional WorkCommunicate effectively with cross-functional teams across multiple countries.What can you expect from us?You will join a dynamic European group with multi-entity structures . This role offers the chance to be involved in finance transformation projects and work with digital reporting tools in a collaborative environment.What we valueExperience4+ years of experience in group consolidation or financial reporting within a multinational environment . Previous experience in Audit and Controlling is a plus.EducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Technical SkillsExpertise in SAP and SAP BPC is essential, as well as data reporting tools (e.g., AFO, Power BI) . Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.KnowledgeSolid understanding of consolidation principles and accounting standards ( IFRS is a plus).Soft SkillsWe are looking for a highly proactive team member with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple deadlines and willing to challenge the status quo .#J-18808-Ljbffr
