As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented Product‑focused Motion Designer to help us scale smartly and become more efficient while maintaining our creative soul.The RoleYou're a creative Motion Designer who thrives in fast‑paced environments and has a passion for crafting captivating product videos. You'll transform scripts into stunning visuals, create and animate engaging marketing materials, and deliver assets that shine across multiple channels. Collaborating closely with our Writer, Art Director, and Producers, you'll ensure every piece captures our clients’ brand essence while embracing a touch of creative flair. This is a full‑time position based in Barcelona.Core ResponsibilitiesDesign and animate visually appealing, on‑brand product videos, motion graphics, and animations.Translate scripts into stunning visuals that communicate ideas clearly and creatively.Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to elevate the creative production process.Adapt brand guidelines into visuals for video, maintaining consistency and adhering to style guides.Collaborate cross‑functionally with the Writer, Senior Designer, and Post Producer to produce multi‑channel content.Deliver storyboards, campaign look & feel visuals, and polished final assets on time and on brand.Demonstrate a meticulous eye for detail to ensure top‑n motion design outputs.Work autonomously to design, edit, animate and manage sound of all deliveries efficiently.What We’re Looking ForRequired Experience & Skills5+ years of proven experience in motion design, showcasing a showreel of your best work that includes product video creation.Strong background in creating content for marketing campaigns (e.g., paid promo videos, display banners, social media videos) across multiple platforms.Expertise in After Effects, Figma, Photoshop, Premiere, and DaVinci.Knowledge of video trends, emerging technologies, and technical innovations in the design world.A solid understanding of syncing visuals with music, including timing, beats, and rhythm.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Professional proficiency in English (both spoken and written); Spanish is a plus.Self‑directed, solution‑oriented, and capable of working autonomously from day one.The Perfect Fit Will Also HaveExpertise in creating high‑impact product videos for B2B tech brands.Passion for transforming ideas into visually striking motion graphics.Experience with multi‑channel campaigns.A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to the growth of a dynamic agency.Your MindsetYou thrive in fast‑paced environments, staying organized and keeping projects moving without sacrificing creativity or quality.You're passionate about turning ideas into stunning product videos, using motion design to bring concepts to life in fresh, engaging ways.You're flexible, able to adapt your creative approach to fit different brand styles while maintaining your unique touch.You're detail‑oriented, but you also know when to pivot quickly to meet client feedback or production needs.You stay on top of industry trends and are always looking for new tools and techniques to level up your motion design game.Must‑HavesRegistered as autónomo in Spain or willing to register.Freelancers with competitive day rates (€100‑120/day preferred).Portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design skills across digital formats.Based in or willing to work with Barcelona timezone.Availability to start in February 2026.Working ModelAs of 2025, our full‑time team will be adopting a 4‑day workweek with most Fridays off.Most of us work remotely and gather at our Barcelona office 1‑2 days a week to collaborate and connect.For this role, you will need to be present more often, especially during the initial training period.Working hours are flexible – we trust you to manage your schedule around project needs and team commitments.Diversity & InclusionAt Camping, we believe that diverse teams drive creativity, innovation, and success.
