Cargo Officer

Job Description Singapore Airlines is seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Cargo Operations Officer to join our Cargo team in Barcelona, Spain. Coordinate with customers, agents, and the global Singapore Airlines Cargo network to ensure optimal space utilization and timely confirmation of shipments. Day‑to‑Day Flight Operations: Support and monitor daily cargo operations, including export and import documentation, load planning, acceptance, buildup, and offload processes. Invoicing & Administration: Prepare and process billing and invoicing for cargo shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures. Maintain operational records, shipment documentation, and performance reports. Operational & Performance Monitoring: Track cargo performance, monitor irregularities, and assist in analysing data to improve operational efficiency. Diploma/ Certified Training in Logistics, Business, Transportation, or a related field (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with cargo systems such as Cargospot, Skychain, or Amadeus Cargo systems is an advantage. Fluency in English and Spanish.
