Junior HRBP

Your Role: You will get to know the multiple aspects within the Department of Human Resources giving support to the Pharmaceutical site based in Mollet del Vallès (Barcelona): contact with ETTs, headcount follow-up, plant absenteeism follow-up, mutual contact, on-boardings.

Who you are:

• Degree in Labour Relations or ADE or similar
• Outstanding academic performance
• High motivation and passion to discover solutions to all kinds of exciting challenges
• Preferred having your own car

Our Client: MERCK S.L.U, a multinational German company dedicated to the manufacture and distribution of pharmaceutical products located in Mollet del Vallès.

Position Requisites:

• Formación: Grado
• Idiomas: Inglés: B1
• Conocimientos: Good handling of Excel: analysis, formulas, pivot tables.
