About the Integration Squad The Integration Squad is responsible for building and evolving services that connect Diabolocom with external systems, primarily CRMs such as Salesforce, Zendesk, and others. A major focus for the coming period is the extension of Salesforce Voice integration, opening significant new market opportunities. In parallel, the team is actively working on embedding AI-driven capabilities into our integration services to further enhance the customer experience.
