Lead Demand Management Specialist Job ID: 2026- reflects ID: Number of openings: 1Job locations: Remote – United KingdomAdditional locations: IT‑Rome, ES‑Madrid, PT, PL, DE‑BerlinCategory: Marketing Overview The Lead Demand Management Specialist is responsible for owning the end‑to‑end pipeline operating system across all sources (MKTG, SDR, Sales, Partner) for a given vertical or geography. This position diagnoses pipeline gaps by source, stage, segment and solution and drives cross‑functional completion with Programs, Field/ABM, SDR, Sales, Alliances, PMM and RevOps. The Demand Management Specialist 4 connects marketing campaigns, intent data, buyer‑journey insights, sales plays and sales‑engagement motions into an integrated calendar of programs that accelerate new pipeline creation and progression. Responsibilities Leverage a unified view of pipeline volume, velocity, conversion and quality by source (MKTG/SDR/Sales/Partner), stage, solution, segment, vertical and geo and provide insights and actions. Publish a Pipeline Health Diagnostic POV: leakage points, days‑in‑stage and coverage risk by source and stage. Track pipeline programħol weekly; analyze conversion rates, engagement signals and pipeline creation. Own a single trusted512 pipeline & progression narrative that reconciles all sources; present insights, risks and next steps. Manage recurring operational pipeline review meetings covering pipeline status with SDR, Sales Leadership and marketing leadership to review current state and ideas on needs and recommendations. Create and manage the Demand Program calendar of blitzes and campaigns across sales, digital sales and SDR/partner. Stand up remediation workstreams with owners to ensure successful delivery of programs and results; track due dates to closure in a completion dashboard. Orchestrate execution of sales plays including cadences and programs across solution marketing, program marketing, field marketing, SDR leadership, digital, PMM and RevOps.
