Hays is collaborating with the leading company in the pharmaceutical sector (founded in 1885), TOP 10 pharma with more than 146 affiliates worldwide, and more than 52000 employees globally, of which more than 1,600 are based in Spain. They create innovative medicines for people and animals, adding value through innovation for all three business areas: human pharmaceuticals, animal health, and contract manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals. They are in an expansion phase in the last years, focused on having talented and ambitious people who are passionate about innovation and this industry. We are looking for a Data Visualization Engineer.Design and build advanced dashboards in Tableau and Power BI.Develop modular pipelines with dbt and optimize data models in Snowflake.Apply UI/UX principles to create accessible and user-friendly data products.Ensure quality through documentation, version control, and governance practices.Participate in rapid prototyping and iterative cycles within the DATA LAB.BI Tools: Advanced Tableau and Power BI (parameters, actions, DAX/LOD).Data Engineering: Advanced SQL, Snowflake (warehouse design, RBAC, performance), dbt (modular pipelines, tests, lineage).UI/UX for Data: Information hierarchy, visual encoding, accessibility, usability testing.Collaboration and Communication: Stakeholder engagement, data storytelling.Quality and Governance: Documentation, KPI catalogs, versioning, access controls.Working proficient English is a mustParticipation in innovative projects within a DATA LAB environment.Possibility of 100% remote work from Spain.Stable long-term contract.
