Trevi SpA for a project in Spain, is looking for a: CONSTRUCTION MANAGER  The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising the entire work process, coordinating the Project Site Managers to ensure project execution in compliance with planned timelines, costs, and required safety and quality standards. Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Safety, Environmental, and Quality regulations at the workplace, in accordance with local legislation. Supervise the entire work process, coordinating the Project Site Managers to guarantee execution within the expected timelines, costs, and safety and quality standards. Participate in defining the project's economic and financial plan, including procurement and purchasing strategies and the management of related tenders; support negotiation activities and contract preparation. Ensure continuity and progress of activities in line with the work schedule and in accordance with the "Method Statement." Monitor daily work progress, providing the Project Manager with detailed reporting. Oversee site activities, identifying and managing any issues, delays, and/or emergencies; in case of non‑conformities, contribute to defining corrective actions and propose solutions. Based on the Project Manager's guidance, implement initiatives to ensure adequate training of site personnel, maintaining consistent effectiveness. Supervise relationships with suppliers, clients, and the Works Supervision team to ensure proper execution of activities. Support the department manager in functional activities. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering. Previous experience in a similar role. Knowledge of technologies and work processes related to soil consolidation and foundation works. Understanding of Project Management principles and methodologies. Knowledge of work planning and activity monitoring techniques/methods. Knowledge of workplace safety regulations. Understanding of budgeting principles and preparation methods. Familiarity with professional software/tools related to project and cost management. Knowledge of the Spanish language  (minimum B2 level). Trevi Group is an equal opportunity employer.
