Just choose your favorite Zoi cityWhat You DoLead end-to-end implementation projects for Google Workspace, including large-scale migrations, feature deployment, and service modernization.Manage project scope, budget, timelines, and resources, applying best-practice methodologies (Agile/Hybrid) to deliver solutions that add real value.Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for our global clients, translating complex business challenges into clear, actionable technical and project requirements.Design and execute change management strategies to maximize user adoption and drive successful organizational transformation.Collaborate closely with our Cloud Native, Full Stack, and AI-Driven experts to integrate Google Workspace with complex enterprise systems.Who You AreProven experience as an IT Project Manager leading complex projects, with specific, demonstrable success in deploying and managing Google Workspace (e.g., Gmail, Drive, Meet, Chat, Vault, etc.).A deep, hands‑on understanding of the Google Cloud ecosystem and its suite of productivity tools.Strong command of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with a business-focused mindset and the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.Fluent in English and either Spanish (for Spain/Mexico) or German (for Germany).THE PERKSGOOD WORK SHOULD BE REWARDED: We offer various bonus models at our company.TIME IS WISDOM: 20% of your working time is available for experimenting and education to grow.SKILL YOURSELF UP / DEVELOP YOURSELF: We value constant training and development with an individual certification and training plan.BE FREE: Thanks to our absolutely flexible working hours and the ability to work remotely from any of our locations.LEVERAGE AI POWER: Access to cutting‑edge AI technologies, to automate tasks, gain insights, and innovate.FAMILY COMES FIRST: Rely on our financial support for childcare.REFUEL: At our regular free Friday lunch.Zoi is an equal opportunity employer, we're committed to helping you do your best work.
